Affidavit, certified by notary public, Jessie E. Donahue, that an ordinance passed to be ordained by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen had been printed in the Manchester Daily Mirror (1920 Apr. 17-24), entitled "An Ordinance in amendment of Chapter 46 of the laws and ordinances, relating to public dance halls," and was adopted by the board at their March 16, 1920 meeting, the ordinance raising the licensing fees for scheduling dances to one dollar.
